La calidad tiene muchas definiciones pero, en el campo del aceite de oliva, la calidad vendrá descrita por un zumo oleoso obtenido de aceitunas en perfectas condiciones de madurez, procedentes de un olivo sano; el aceite se obtiene de un fruto fresco y evitando toda manipulación o tratamiento que altere la naturaleza química de sus componentes, tanto durante su extracción como en el transcurso de su almacenamiento.
Dentro de una misma calidad se podrá encontrar diferentes tipos de aceites determinados por ciertas características organolépticas (color, olor y sabor) y componentes químicos.
El aceite de oliva es probablemente el alimento con mayores restricciones analíticas establecidas en la Legislación. De todos esos parámetros analíticos, los que se consideran como parámetros de calidad son: la acidez, los peróxidos, la absorbancia en ultravioleta y las características organolépticas establecidas por un panel de cata (el resto de los parámetros legislados son parámetros de pureza)
Es importante saber que la acidez del aceite no tiene nada que ver con el concepto de "ácido" que tradicionalmente empleamos, ni tampoco tiene nada que ver con la sensación de acidez en el estómago que produce el consumo de ciertos alimentos en personas con deficiencias gástricas. La acidez de un aceite es la proporción de ácidos grasos libres que contiene ese aceite, expresado en grados y ésa acidez sólo puede detectarse analíticamente por lo que un consumidor no puede detectarla en el paladar.

L'huile d'olive est probablement l'aliment qui a les plus grandes restrictions établies par la législation en matière d'analyse. De tous ces paramètres analytiques ceux qui sont considérés paramètres de qualité sont l'acidité, la présence de peroxydes, l'absorption dans l’ultraviolet, et les caractéristiques organoleptiques établies par un panel de dégustation (les autres paramètres pris en compte par la législation sont des paramètres de pureté)
Il faut savoir que l'acidité de l'huile n'a rien à voir avec le concept « acide » que nous utilisons couramment, ni avec la sensation d'aigreur ou d'acidité d'estomac produite par certains aliments sur des sujets avec des déficiences gastriques. L'acidité d'une huile est la rapport d'acides gras libres que contient cette huile, exprimé en degrés, et cette acidité ne peut être détectée que par des analyses chimiques, c'est pourquoi un consommateur ne peut pas la mesurer lors de la dégustation.

The Download drop-down menu has two options.
Download
Use the Download option to start downloading available test files from the XXX-10 instrument through the specified communication port. Click Ok to start the download process.
The Download window shows the status of the download process. If the XXX-10 instrument is not connected or the wrong communication port is selected, this error message will display: "Check Port: FAILED".
The download process updates the database with new files and saves the test result files and the test text files in the Data folder (the default location is C:\Program Files\Company\Reporter\Data).
The test text files receive a .txt extension so they can be opened with Notepad or other text editor. If a test text file with the same name already exists in the Data folder, an "Already Exists" message displays, and the existing file will not be overwritten.
The downloaded file will use the default names for Company Name and Title who are preset in the setup. Notes will be transferred from the XXX-10 instrument. To change any of these, use the Edit Company, Title and Notes option.Перевод - испанскийDescargar

английский => французский: Irrigation project / Projet d'irrigationТекст оригинала - английскийDesign, engineering, management, construction and coordination services related to the Yaylak Plain Irrigation Project, in the framework of the Southern Anatolian Project (GAP), one of the largest water and earth resources development projects in Turkey.
The project, located in the vicinity of the Atatürk Dam near the city of Sanliurfa, includes modern irrigation of 183,000 dunam of lands located in 46 villages.
More than 3,000 farmers live in the project area, growing traditional crops consisting mainly of cereals. Future agriculture will be based on the irrigated cultivation of cotton, vegetables, potatoes, cereals and pulses.
Water from the Atatürk Dam is utilized by conveying it via the existing Yaslica Tunnel to a newly constructed main pumping station which delivers it at a discharge of about 80,000 m3/hr to facilities to be constructed in the framework of the project.
The turnkey project involves, inter alia, the following services with respect to civil engineering works, and hydromechanical and electro- mechanical works:
• Design, engineering, construction and coordination of the entire irrigation system consisting of main canal and related structures as well as other works (see below).
• Supply and installation of the electromechanical equipment for the main pumping station, 21 m3/sec capacity, located at the beginning of the main canal and the relevant civil works.
• Construction of a reinforced concrete main canal and its relevant structures (length 82,160 m, trapezoidal cross section, max. discharge 17.08 m3/sec).
